Welcome to Storezy! By signing up for a Storezy Account or using any Storezy Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
As used in these Terms of Service, "we", "us", "our" and "Storezy" means Aroha Tech Labs pvt ltd, and "you" means the Storezy User (if registering for or using a Storezy Service as an individual), or the business employing the Storezy User (if registering for or using a Storezy Service as a business) and any of its affiliates.
Storezy provides a complete commerce platform that enables merchants to unify their commerce activities. Among other features, this platform includes a range of tools for merchants to build and customize online stores, sell in multiple places and in person, manage products, inventory, payments, fulfillment, shipping, and marketing.
1.1. To access and use the Services, you must register for a Storezy account ("Account"). To complete your Account registration, you must provide us with your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside to open an Account.
1.3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Storezy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
2.1. You are responsible for your Account, the Materials you upload to the Storezy Service and the operation of your Storezy Store.
2.2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by Storezy.
3.1. You will pay the fees applicable to your subscription plan and any other applicable fees, including fees relating to the processing of transactions ("Fees") and any applicable taxes.
3.2. All Fees are charged automatically using the payment method designated on your Account. You hereby authorize Storezy to charge your payment method for all Fees incurred.
4.1. You retain all rights in your Materials that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By posting Materials, you grant Storezy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Materials in connection with the Services.
